2. About Luna Wexler
Luna Wexler is a solo operator providing local presence and content services for wellness studios. It is not an agency and does not employ staff. All services described on this site are provided by one individual operating under the Luna Wexler brand.
Luna Wexler operates from the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area and serves clients nationally.

3. Services Offered
Luna Wexler provides local presence services for wellness studios, including but not limited to:
Monthly social media content production (Facebook and Instagram)
Monthly Google Business Profile post creation and/or publishing
Monthly shot list delivery
Monthly Pulse Form for client input
Content delivery via Google Drive with a Google Sheets approval system
Optional social post scheduling via Metricool (posting add-on)
Full service details are described on the sales page at lunawexler.com. The scope of services for each client is governed by the service tier purchased at checkout.
What Is Not Included
The following are explicitly outside the scope of all Luna Wexler services and will not be provided under any circumstances, including as informal add-ons or one-time exceptions:
Medical claims, therapy outcome claims, or clinical benefit language of any kind
Paid advertising strategy or management
Phone calls, video calls, or strategy sessions
Analytics reporting or rank tracking
Crisis communications or reputation management
Website copy or SEO content
Email marketing or newsletter creation
Legal review of any content
Requests for excluded services will be declined. No credit or refund is issued for services not within the scope of the purchased plan.

4. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of purchase and on the same date each subsequent month.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Luna Wexler to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the service is cancelled according to Section 5.
All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to active clients.
If a payment fails, Luna Wexler reserves the right to pause content delivery until payment is resolved. Clients will be notified by email in the event of a failed charge.

5. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the service with 30 days' written notice sent to luna@lunawexler.com.
Cancellation requests submitted before the next billing date will result in service continuing through the end of the paid period.
No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
Content already delivered and in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed at Luna Wexler's discretion.
Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any previously charged amounts.
Luna Wexler reserves the right to cancel service immediately and without refund in the event of:
Abusive, threatening, or harassing communication
Requests for content that violates applicable law or these terms
Non-payment after a reasonable cure period

6. Content Approval and Client Responsibility
All content is delivered to a shared Google Drive folder. Clients are responsible for reviewing content and marking approval status in the Google Sheets approval tracker provided.
Client responsibilities:
Completing the Pulse Form by the 25th of each month when it is received
Providing requested photo assets (shot list) in a timely manner
Reviewing delivered content and marking it Approved, Needs Edit, or Skip before the content is scheduled to post
Requesting any required franchisor or regulatory review and approval before publishing any content
Luna Wexler makes every effort to produce content that complies with general wellness industry standards and avoids medical or outcome claims. However, Luna Wexler is not responsible for determining whether specific content requires franchisor approval, legal review, or regulatory clearance for a particular client's business. That responsibility rests entirely with the client.
By approving content in the Google Sheets tracker, the client confirms they have reviewed the content and accept responsibility for its publication.

7. Revision Policy
One round of revisions is included per month. Revision requests are submitted through the Google Sheets approval column. Luna Wexler will deliver revisions within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Revision requests submitted outside of the Google Sheets tracker (e.g., via email or text) may not be processed. Additional revision rounds beyond the one included are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

8. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Luna Wexler — including caption copy, graphics, and design work — is created for the client's use on the specified platforms. Upon full payment for a given month, the client receives a license to use that month's content for its intended purpose.
Luna Wexler retains the right to display anonymized examples of work in its own marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients are not permitted to resell or redistribute Luna Wexler content to third parties.

9. Compliance and Content Standards
Luna Wexler produces content in compliance with general wellness industry standards. All content avoids:
Disease treatment, cure, prevention, or mitigation claims
Implied medical efficacy for any service or modality
Language that would require FDA approval or regulatory clearance to publish
Before/after outcome claims
Competitor comparisons by name
Clients operating under a franchise agreement are responsible for ensuring that any content published at their location complies with their franchisor's content approval requirements. Luna Wexler does not review, interpret, or enforce franchise agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability
Luna Wexler provides content services on an as-is basis. No guarantee is made regarding search ranking improvement, follower growth, lead generation, new client acquisition, or any other business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Wexler's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Luna Wexler is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Luna Wexler makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results that may be achieved through use of the services. Content is produced in good faith based on information provided by the client. Accuracy of information provided by the client is the client's responsibility.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Luna Wexler and the client with respect to the services described herein.
